Focus:
Have you ever been in a place where you can't seem to get up for anything? Your days are filled with, "What in the world", or "is this really what my life have come to?" You know the Word.
Even if you don't, you know and believe within yourself that greater is ahead of
you. You run to your source of encouragement; your spirit agree, but your flesh is still sitting? You know what to do and the right things to say, but something still seems to be disconnected? Your bad days seem to be many, while your good days seems to be few?
Scripture:
Romans 10:11 reads, "For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed." Another scripture is Joel 2:27. It reads, "And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed."
You Can Do It:
Even in this place, in this challenging and unsettling disposition, you and I have to be determined to wait on God. We have to trust that this is not our end. In our weakness God is our strength. When we can't see past our current situation... When we can't see the point of our personal roller coaster, we have to continue to believe that God is bigger than this. We have to continue to believe that His plan for us will not fail, no matter what the day or season seems like... Well, what the day or season simply is.
Be Encouraged:
Repeat this aloud, "I can make it through this because God will never make me ashamed". You can make it through this because God will never make YOU ashamed. So, if you are ashamed, embarrassed, low in your self-esteem, and your confidence is failing...look to Jesus, and believe on Him. Keep going because God's Word will not hit the ground. His Word is truth and marrow to our bones. We can make it. You can make it! I can make it!
